That's the only way to describe the last week.
Five days straight of partying like a rockstar.
Absolutely zero training. No swim, no bike, no run.
A week of killing my brain cells and letting my muscles atrophy,
I'm sooooo going to die at Powerman.

ok thats great! so you me n shazly can all run together. 1km = 1h30m then cycle together 7m apart, 64km = 2h30m then walk the last 10km. OK? my training also very slow to re-start. powerman will be a FUN event - no racing!!! MAC - join us too!
